Terms & conditions
These terms govern your use of this website and any booking request you submit. Demo Travel operates a request-and-confirm model: you are not charged when you submit a request, and no booking is confirmed until a Demo Travel consultant verifies availability and you complete payment. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
1. Our role
Demo Travel acts as a travel agent arranging flights, hotels, transfers, holiday packages and visa assistance on your behalf. The actual travel services are provided by third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, transfer operators) subject to their own terms and conditions.
2. Booking requests
When you submit a request you make an offer to book the selected travel service. A request does not create a confirmed booking and does not charge you. Availability and price are only guaranteed once we confirm.
3. Confirmation & payment
Our team verifies live availability and confirms your request, usually within a few hours. Only after your booking is marked Confirmed will we request payment via a secure link. Tickets or vouchers are issued once payment is received.
4. Pricing & currency
All prices are shown and charged in local currency unless stated otherwise. Fares and rates can change until a booking is confirmed, as they are set by suppliers. The price you approve at payment is the price that applies.
5. Cancellations & changes
Cancellation and amendment rights depend on the specific fare, room or transfer rules, which we present before you pay. Supplier penalties may apply. Requests to change or cancel a confirmed booking should be made through My Bookings or our support team.
6. Travel documents & eligibility
You are responsible for holding valid passports, visas and any health documentation required for your trip. We can assist with visa applications but cannot guarantee issuance by the relevant authorities.
7. Liability
Demo Travel is not liable for supplier failures, delays, or events outside our reasonable control. Our liability for any confirmed booking is limited to the value of that booking, except where a wider liability cannot be excluded by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
