Demo Travel LLC ("Demo Travel", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using our services you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
We collect details you provide when you search, submit a request or create an account — your name, contact details, traveller information, and booking preferences. We also collect limited technical data such as device type and pages viewed to keep the platform secure and working well.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to process and confirm booking requests, communicate about your trip, issue tickets and vouchers, provide support, and — where you have opted in — send relevant travel offers. We never sell your personal data.
4. Payment security
Payments are handled by PCI-DSS compliant processors (Stripe, PayPal, Tabby and Tamara). Demo Travel never stores full card numbers on its own servers. You pay securely at checkout, and if we cannot confirm your booking the amount is refunded in full.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can withdraw marketing consent at any time. Contact privacy@demo-travel.example and we will respond in line with applicable data-protection law.
7. Data retention
We keep booking records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, after which the data is securely deleted or anonymised.
